Shipping
To buy, simply click the Add to Cart button. When you are happy with your order, click the "Check out" button and select your shipping options, and then click to send the order and make your payment.  The shipping charges will be shown at check out.  You can create an account and your details will be saved for future use, and with an account you can view your order history and status of your current order.

Important information for UK Customers - when creating your account - please leave the space out of the postcode, as this causes problems with the shipping module of the checkout procedure i.e. PO123JL and NOT PO12 3JL! Thanks, and sorry for any confusion!

Our Credit card world wide processor is Paypal, if you are already a member of Paypal, just login to Paypal to complete your order.

Great care is taken when your jewellery is packed so that it is safe and secure when you receive it. All jewellery items are placed in a gift bag and bubble wrapped and then sent in a padded bag or small box (whatever is appropriate). 

 
Returns

You can return the jewellery and we will refund the full cost of the item/s, minus the shipping charge within 7 days of receipt of your order. 

Upon receiving your jewellery, if you are not satisfied, or the jewellery did not meet your expectations for any reason, we will be glad to either exchange the jewellery, or refund your money (your choice), as long as its within 7 days of you receiving your order.

To return any jewellery, you must first please contact us immediately via Email

If you do wish to return your jewellery, we would appreciate hearing your reasons why, so that we can better our service or our product.

We will credit your account within 30 days of us receiving the returned goods and after they have been checked for damage and for signs of the jewellery being worn, if damaged then no refund will be given, if worn then only a part refund may be offered.

** Please Note: All Bespoke/Custom made orders (Personal Requests) will incur a 50% restocking fee should you wish to return your order; this is to cover the costs of labour and parts as they cannot be resold as normal stock as its custom made to suit your requirements and once returned they are taken apart but not all the parts can be reused.

Custom Made  = Any item where the beads etc have been changed from what is shown on the web, this also includes where the Size has been changed at your request, smaller or bigger.

When returning your items, please send using Special Delivery/Registered or Express Mail where insurance is provided should they get lost or damaged and you will also have proof of posting.  We will not be able to give a refund if we do not receive your parcel.

**Any items sent back for exchange, there will be a charge for the postage for the re-delivery of your items as per our shipping rates.

IMPORTANT: To receive a full refund, the jewellery must be received in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received within 7 days (14 days if international) of you receiving your order. Do not throw the packaging away until you're sure you want to keep the jewellery. Please do not wear the jewellery if you intend to return it. We cannot resell jewellery that has already been used.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty, returns will be accepted provided it is returned within 7 days of receiving it, and that it has not been used and is returned in its original packaging. Returns are refunded less cost of postage, or if preferred you may receive a replacement or credit for future purchases.

PLEASE NOTE: Refunds/credits are only made when the goods have been returned.
